When your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days and the credit will be issued to your original method of payment (Paypal or banking transfer). We will contact you to confirm the refund via email.
IMPORTANT:Do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want to return it!!! We cannot issue refunds for items with removed tags.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
All returns must be made through Correos - the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for the lost or damaged items you returned - please make sure you return the merchandise in the sturdy package. Returns sent in envelopes or similar packages will be refused due to potential damage during shipment.
If you want to exchange an item, please send it to the above address with a copy of your invoice. On the invoice, indicate what item you would like to get in exchange. Please note that you will be charged for shipping. Original shipping charge and your expenses for shipping a return to us will not be refunded or reimbursed.
